  1. Notice Period
    Please give us at least 30 days’ written notice to cancel your hosting.
  1. Outstanding Payments
    All invoices must be paid before termination.
  1. Data Backup
    Make sure to download your website, database, and emails before the termination date. We are not responsible for lost data.
  1. Migration Assistance
    We can help move your website to another host at £70 + VAT per hour.
  1. End of Service
    Hosting, emails, and DNS services stop on the termination date.
  1. Example / How Billing Works:
  • If your billing date is 7th of each month and you give notice on 19th October, your 30-day notice ends 18th November.
  • Hosting continues until 18th November, and the 7th November payment will still be charged.

Key Point: Hosting continues through the notice period, and fees are due for any billing cycles that fall during that time.

Our Managed Hosting package includes:

  • Unlimited updates to existing pages (text, images, banners, blog posts, etc.)
  • Website maintenance, including updating plugins, themes, and core CMS files
  • Website security, including 24/7 monitoring, malware protection, spam filtering, and firewall configuration
  • Regular backups of your website and database
  • Support for troubleshooting, guidance, and minor website edits

Note: Creation of new pages, adding new functionality, or complex design changes are extra, charged based on time and complexity.

Simply email or message our support team with your request. Minor updates to existing pages are handled as part of your Managed Hosting. For new pages or custom functionality, we will provide a quote based on the work required.
